Patient care and patient experience is our number one priority. Our office is small in numbers when it comes to our staff, but we see this as an advantage as it allows us to get to know our patients.

Office Manager - Nicole Graveran

Working along side Dr Gottlieb, our billing team and clinical specialist, Nicole works to ensure the office is continuously running smoothly. Ms. Graveran’s friendly face will be the first you see when you enter the office. Nicole is responsible for the contracts of the office, credentialing, and several other office operations, as well as remaining available to patient questions. She joined the office when it first opened in October 2017. Nicole has helped implement several policies that we follow and abide by today. She studied at Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. Her next step is towards a Master’s degree to further her education. Nicole currently resides in Miami, Florida with her family and her 3 yorkie puppies.

Billing Manager - Maria Rodriguez

Being the billing manager, Maria is responsible in assisting patients in understanding the authorization process, their copays and any other miscellaneous billing questions. Maria brings 15 years’ experience in different facets of healthcare. Her knowledge and ability to navigate through billing and insurance issues makes the patient process more satisfying. She recently joined our team early 2021 and has already expanded our accounts receivable. Maria lives in the southern part of Miami Dade with her husband and her cats. Enjoys the outdoors, playing dominos and going to sports bars on her free time.
